This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit https://naturemimetix.com or contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018. It is for your information: you do not need to accept it in order to browse.

What data we process and why

You do not need to provide any data to browse the Website. The Website has no forms, newsletter, comments or user area, and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Browsing. When you visit the Website, your browser transmits technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.

  • Purpose: serving the pages and protecting the Website against abuse and attacks.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a secure, properly functioning website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: only as long as those purposes require, according to the retention periods of the providers listed below. We do not use this data to identify you.

Contact. If you write to us or call us, we process the data you give us: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Please do not include health data or other special categories of data.

  • Purpose: answering your enquiry.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking pre-contractual steps, where that is the subject of your enquiry (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, after that, for the limitation periods of any possible legal liability.

Recipients and providers

We do not sell your data. It is only disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation and to the providers that supply services to us:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and delivery of the Website. Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Google (Google Fonts): the Website's typefaces. To load them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google privacy policy.
  • Email provider: receiving and managing the messages you send us.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it and, where applicable, to data portability. If any processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to info@naturemimetix.com or to the postal address above. We will only ask for additional information to confirm your identity if we have reasonable doubts about it. We will reply within one month.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorised access to or alteration of data.

Other websites

The Website links to third-party sites and to other Celavista group companies. Each is responsible for its own processing, so we recommend reading their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the Website. The version in force will be published here.
